Expert Witness: George T. Williams
George T. Williams has served as an expert witness nationwide since 1991 throughout the United States. He has testified in civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings on topics ranging from deadly force and in-custody deaths, to search and seizure, police tactics, as well as police procedures and vehicle pursuit. Additionally, he has testified in cases involving martial arts and wrongful death not related to law enforcement. Expert Witness: Thomas V. Benge
Thomas V. Benge is an expert in police force response from deadly force to control tactics, search and seizure, tactical response, and police procedures. Jeff Martin is an expert witness in police force response from deadly force and in-custody deaths, to search and seizure, police tactics, as well as police procedures and vehicle pursuit. Expert Witness (Fluent in Spanish): Manny Garcia
Manny Garcia, fluent in both speaking and writing Spanish, is an expert witness in traffic accident reconstruction cases.
